Dr Milgraum primarily utilizes the Ultra Pulse CO2 Laser to resurface the
skin. A high-energy beam vaporizes wrinkles, lines and scars. This precise
procedure is in our office and patients are able to return to work in 7-10
days. Several other lasers for wrinkle reduction are available such as Fraxel
and Intense Pulsed Light which have less down time, the so called 'lunch time
